About Mediation

Mediation is negotiations conducted by a neutral mediator—a neutral third party chosen by both sides of a dispute to help them find a solution to the conflict. Mediation is confidential—it takes place in comfortable conditions without the participation of other parties. During mediation, the parties solve their problem in the presence of the mediator, and the decision made during the negotiations must be accepted by both parties.
