Typical Arbitration Clauses

Any disputes arising from this agreement or related to it, shall be finally resolved in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, in effect on the date the proceedings begin, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules.
