Mediation Center at the PCC

Mediation Center at the Polish Chamber of Commerce located in Warsaw, also known as the Mediation Center at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry or MCCI, is an organizationally and functionally separate unit of the PCC, operating in particular on the basis of the Charter of the Center, adopted by the decision of the Presidium of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry on October 26, 2023

• ensuring the effective organization and functioning of the Center,
• conducting mediation procedures while respecting their principles and the ethics of the mediator, cooperation with the court,
• protection of the Center's mediators,
• developing and improving knowledge and skills in the field of mediation,
• promoting mediation,
• cooperating with judicial and public administration bodies in the field of mediation,
• cooperation with mediation centers in the country and abroad.

The Center achieves its objectives in particular by: organizing mediation procedures in cooperation with the mediators of the Center, expanding professional qualifications of mediators, participating in projects related to mediation, conducting and participating in promotional campaigns.
